So you finally have a ring on it! YAYYYY!!! It's time to show off your love and bling with some engagement photos! Not sure on where to go? Here are examples of great places to take engagement photos in WNY.

Chestnut Ridge

Is being in the woods your idea of the perfect engagement session? Check out Chestnut Ridge for their trails including the hike to the famous Eternal Flame Falls. Don't worry, there's amazing spots at the upper trail and do not have to hike all the way down!

.

Letchworth State Park

This is the place for gorge-ous views! It's beautiful any time of year, but fall is a fan favorite time to visit and throw some leaves around!

.

Downtown Buffalo

Check out colorful murals, great places to grab a cocktail, visit landmarks, or just check out the city views.

.

Knox Farms

Sunset is my favorite time to visit Knox Farm. Any time you visit this park filled with so many acres of stunning scenery is amazing!

.

Buffalo Botanical Gardens

If your love for plants is as strong as ours this place is the best. (We have over 100 house plants at home)

There's big palm trees, a room filled with cacti, a rainforest with a waterfall, koi ponds and more.

*Check the garden's website for photo policies and hours of admission.

.

The Beach

Buffalo does have some pretty ones! In the summer the beach is one of my favorite places for playful engagement photos splashing around in the water. We can get some real steamy shots if your into it! Check out Woodlawn, Sunset, Evangola or

Bennett (my fav).

.

The Outer Harbor/Tifft Nature

Lake Erie sprawled before you and views of the city's skyline and iconic grain elevators. There's so many areas to choose from - Gallagher Pier, Tifft Nature Preserve, and Wilkeson Pointe.

.

Delaware Park

If you're from Buffalo, I am sure you've been visiting Delaware Park your entire life. Granted, it can be busy at certain times of the year, but being so big, it's easy to find some hidden corners for gorgeous photos. Hoyt Lake side is perfect!!

.

Ellicottville

This is my favorite place to get some gorgeous winter engagement photos. I love the variety of backdrops there are to use - the quaint shops in town, beautifully designed bars and restaurants and picture-perfect scenery at Holiday Valley, the Arboretum, and McCarthy Hill. The rolling hills are to die for.

Akron Falls

This is a great place to capture some amazing photos. The trees are beautiful. The water is great to incorporate. And the falls are beautiful!
